They can be obtained by getting a Bounty Hunter and going to 70+ areas.
Should be do-able when Kost logs.

yeah, just gather a party with 70+ people, pp and sd are almost a must, and let me know when we are online...i try to come spoil some... ;D

sure, argos is nice place to spoil...there we need just pp and some dd and we are good...i can tank those easily, soloed there alot...

I can do damage, or get a th/pp that would take care of two needed people . The th/pp is mostly in the evening that I can access it, or I can ask the dude if its by day. |

Shorty told me this mob and recipe is in deep place in the cave near FoG (forgot the name of the cave)

Deep in FoG you can find almost all the S recipes. Parts are in Imperial Tomb a lot. But the recs are down at FoG. We've tried going down there, but we need to set aside at least 2 hours and a good party (if not 2 even) to go really deep.
