Question:
What effects Reuse time of skill?
What effects Recovery time of skill?
Im only interested for a link from www.lineage2.com or smth, cant fins it myself so far, so maybe some1 met that stuff somewhere.
I know basic idea and stuff, but just need to calculate class modifier by coefficient of class thats why need this stuff official badly.
Reason: since i change my dyes way to often according Siege/Olimpiad/PVE i need to increase efficiency of skill use. It seems base skill modifier effect recovery time of the skills. Some classes have Skill masteries which doubles duration or recover skill by 100% and it seems it has some effect to skill recovery too.
Anyways, now u got the point, so if any1 got some info let me know.
