The Velvet Touch Trials of Honor
Are you ready?
When the leaders decide that you're ready. And you think you're ready to take on the responsibilities of becoming a leader, you can take the Trials of Honor and be on your way to becoming a Luminary or Shield Maiden.
Understand that when we decide that you're ready it's because we think you are capable and want you to help lead, but because some people don't like to be a leader or are simply lazy, well we wont force you. Thats why the Trials are optional.
If you refuse to take the trials or if you fail then you will hold your rank as Virtue. But if you wish you will be given a second trial on a later date depending on your situation.

The 1st Trial is a field test. We will give you a test made specific for you. You can score on multiple levels. The total score attainable is a 100%.

The 2nd Trial consists of 5 questions. Thats all? You might think, well it's not that simple. The questions (which are usually trick ones) have no set answers and they will differ depending who we are testing.
10% for the 1st question.
15% for the 2nd question.
15% for the 3rd question.
30% for the 4th question.
30% for the 5th question.
The percentage for each question can be less depending on your answer.

You need a total of 130% to pass the trials and you will need a minimum of 55% on the 1st Trial and 65% on the 2nd Trial or you will fail the trials.
