Everybody needs to get to there earlier or later. Even if you kill Halisha in the "Four Sepulchers" you either need to pass this area on your way to it, or to find the tablet there. The way is not really difficult, but there are still some people who don't know it, maybe because they never walked it alone, or they have never been there before. Well, here is a little map ...
The "Wall of Argos". If you would look west, you would see the "Garden of Beasts" and Goddard. If you would look south, you would see the "Devasted Castle".

This is the normal entrance to the "Wall of Argos". When "7 Signs" is working, the teleport-spawnpoint is here. There is also a NPC called "Ghost of Elmoraden Chamberlain".

This is the secret entrance ot the "Wall of Argos". As you can see on the [picture] it looks like a stair, but only possible with the usual wall-bugging technic. I'm sorry, if you move the right steps, you wont need to bug yourself through the mountains. Follow the red line and you will enter a little plateau. You can leave it to the east or to the north.

Here is a "Tablet of Vision" located. It is not the only one at this area, but the only one which every class needs after killing Halisha.

As you will see, this is a great [column]. It shows you the correct forge, where you have to turn east.

Another sign, I call it the [horn]. If you walk under it, you reach the room with the connection-tunnel to the "Shrine of the Loyal".

This is the connection-tunnel which leads you to the "Shrine of the Loyal" directly.
When you have passed the tunnel, you have reached the "Shrine of the Loyal".
Note: The above shown map is not 100 % detailed (30 min, work - installing program included). I think a more detailed is not needed, because the way is really easy.
